FLEET DISCIPLINE LIFTS UTILIZATION, NOT RATES
Rental equipment demand remained steady during 4Q25 but was unevenly distributed. Large contractors tied to data centers, infrastructure, and other mega projects continued to see solid activity while smaller, locally oriented contractors faced ongoing pressure. Utilization improved year over year for a greater share of executives than in 3Q25, largely due to intentional fleet reductions rather than a broad-based acceleration in demand.
